Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of junior researchers and data scientists in exploring novel neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models against real-world edge cases.
- Mentor engineers across the engineering department to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of publishing research or delivering high-impact software products.
