In this role, you will push the boundaries of what is possible with artificial intelligence, building the foundational models that will define the next generation of human-machine interaction.
You will work in a high-performance, remote-first environment alongside world-class researchers and engineers. If you are passionate about ethical AI, scalability, and solving problems that don't yet have solutions, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate and preprocess massive datasets.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and security in production environments.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
