Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and deploy cutting-edge Machine Learning models and deep learning pipelines with a focus on scalability and future-proofing for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine model accuracy, latency, and throughput to ensure real-time performance in high-volume environments.
- Agentic AI: Develop autonomous agent workflows that can handle complex, multi-step reasoning tasks with minimal human intervention.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and automated retraining strategies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decision-making within the AI squad.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement advanced data preprocessing techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks for AI agents.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
