In this role, you will design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models that power our core products. Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and production pipelines using modern frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures for enhanced performance and reduced latency.
- MLOps Integration: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining loops, and model monitoring systems to ensure continuous model improvement.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while mentoring junior engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Foundation: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
