Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment processes.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, BERT).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
