Responsibilities
- Architect Core AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models that power our core products.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines ensuring low latency and high throughput at scale.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring novel architectures and techniques, publishing research where applicable.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
