- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic computing and edge AI into our core products.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring zero-latency processing and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Technical Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for AI adoption, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and ethical AI guidelines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on deep learning and AI systems.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP) is required.
