The Role

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology strategy that anticipates the shifts in AI, robotics, and cloud computing by the year 2026.
- Lead System Design: Design and oversee the deployment of complex distributed AI systems, focusing on high availability and low latency.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Integrate quantum computing concepts into current AI workflows to prepare our infrastructure for the quantum leap.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural blueprints, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical debt hygiene.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI models adhere to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and defining long-term product visions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
