Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural design for large-scale AI models, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and ethical alignment for the 2026 product cycle.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs and generative AI models on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with legacy systems and emerging IoT ecosystems to create seamless user experiences.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in Quantum Computing and Neural Networks to implement cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
