Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and multimodal AI for the 2026 market.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for AI integration across all product verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Build and optimize cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to handle massive data throughput and real-time inference demands.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience architecting systems on AWS or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying Generative AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
