Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends such as quantum computing and edge AI.
- Model Optimization: Lead the selection and fine-tuning of large language models and generative AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead AI or machine learning architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern API development.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
