Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for our proprietary Neural Processing Unit (NPU) architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to integrate cutting-edge LLMs into our core products.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and ultra-low-latency requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong foundation in Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing technical roadmaps.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
