Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time inference across global edge networks.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Multimodal LLMs, Autonomous Agents) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency, reduce inference costs, and ensure robust security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap and translate business needs into architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and Model Governance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams through complex technical projects.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow) and productionizing models at scale.
