The Role
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will design robust, scalable, and efficient machine learning systems capable of handling the complex data challenges of the future. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks optimized for the 2026 computing paradigm.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows to automate complex business logic.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical roadmaps into product features that users love.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production at scale.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
