Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Deep Learning and Generative AI models for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead the architecture of large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Ethics) to translate research into real-world applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost in high-traffic environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- Experience designing systems that handle millions of requests per second with low latency.
- Strong grasp of AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
