Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models and systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in MLOps, ensuring scalability and reliability of deployed models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Define and document technical specifications, APIs, and system architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
