Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns for AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing neural network models and infrastructure to handle real-time, massive data streams.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing integration.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and edge computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
