Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-performance neural network infrastructures for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation.
- Implement best practices for MLOps and cloud scalability (AWS/Azure).
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define the long-term roadmap.
- Mentor junior architects and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and higher accuracy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
- Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
