Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Research and prototype novel machine learning models, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Oversee the integration of cloud-native technologies and edge computing architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning deployments in production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
