Responsibilities
- Lead AI Infrastructure Design: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable neural network architectures designed for high-performance computing environments.
- Research & Development: Drive R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to improve model autonomy and accuracy.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs across distributed systems.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in algorithmic decision-making.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the R&D division.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical roadmap for future AI product releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Model Architecture: Proven track record of designing and training complex models, including Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
