Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Architect high-performance, scalable ML pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize models for latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the upcoming years, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict safety, bias mitigation, and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using advanced algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
