Responsibilities
- Architect Core AI Systems: Design and implement the foundational architecture for our proprietary AGI models, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Lead Research Integration: Translate theoretical research into production-ready code, bridging the gap between academic AI and commercial application.
- Define Roadmaps: Create the technical roadmap for the Horizon 2026 initiative, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization to handle massive data loads.
- Mentor & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges and leading cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Future-Forward Mindset: A strong passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the AI landscape leading up to 2026.
