- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Define and implement technical milestones for the upcoming 2026 release cycle, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced quantization and pruning techniques to reduce inference latency and cost without sacrificing accuracy.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model outputs.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment of models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and manage MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on NLP and LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers is highly preferred.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency environments, and cloud architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
