  • Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model outputs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on NLP and LLMs.
  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers is highly preferred.
