Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary large language models (LLMs) and vision-language systems.
- Design scalable inference pipelines and training infrastructure to handle petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities, focusing on safety, alignment, and explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to push the state-of-the-art in AI reasoning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Proven expertise in training and deploying large-scale models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or custom architectures).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI alignment.
