Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) and data pipeline reliability.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept trials for emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and edge AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in high-stakes production environments.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
