Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI systems capable of processing petabytes of unstructured data.
- Lead the research and implementation of proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Optimize inference speeds for real-time decision-making applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow).
