Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning to pioneer new methodologies.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and computational efficiency to reduce inference costs.
- Integration Strategy: Define technical strategies for integrating cutting-edge AI models into our core enterprise products and third-party ecosystems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols for all AI development lifecycle phases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience designing large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A track record of publishing research papers or patents in AI/ML and a deep interest in the future trajectory of technology.
