Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies are robust and efficient.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience designing distributed systems and high-throughput microservices.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
