Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end architecture of large-scale AI and machine learning systems, ensuring scalability and performance for future demands.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 technology landscape.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced neural networks, including NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of algorithmic complexity and system design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
