Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex algorithms into production-ready software.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the roadmap for AI capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is a plus.
