Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution.
- Research and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for enhanced context retention and hallucination reduction.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI agents into seamless, user-centric workflows.
- Establish rigorous benchmarks and safety protocols for autonomous AI decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research papers into production-grade code.
