Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD).
