Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable deep learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of proprietary LLM (Large Language Model) fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI department.
- Predict and prepare system architectures for future hardware advancements (e.g., Quantum-ready stacks).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
