Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure optimized for the 2026 era.

- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our machine learning platform and research projects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance ML systems in production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
