Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Architect scalable LLM pipelines to optimize inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into robust, ethical AI solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks and evaluation metrics for AI model reliability and hallucination reduction.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama) and orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures.
