Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge generative AI models tailored for 2026 standards of efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the architectural strategy for large-scale distributed training and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and AI ethics.
- Optimize system latency and reduce operational costs through advanced model quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical deep-dives into emerging machine learning paradigms.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching novel architectures like Transformers and Diffusion models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
