Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow).
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
