Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the 2026 technology landscape, focusing on low-latency and high-accuracy inference.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to solve complex real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into cloud-native and edge computing environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with global regulations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI prototypes to ensure robustness in dynamic environments.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders to drive strategic product vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP) and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI applications and optimizing model performance.
- Experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
