Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning initiatives through 2026.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and MLOps infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
Qualifications
- PhD, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
