Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for complex real-time applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety, fairness, and explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the AI squad.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
