Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring our platform remains ahead of industry standards by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant microservices architecture capable of handling high-throughput data streams and AI inference.
- Model Deployment: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning models, from experimental prototyping to production-grade deployment using MLOps practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security protocols to protect sensitive data in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams toward aggressive milestones.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, or Quantum Computing.
