What you'll do:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will steer the technical direction of our AI initiatives, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and future-proof for the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI systems, aligning with the company's vision for 2026.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable AI architectures capable of handling massive data sets and real-time inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous problems.
- Agile: Experience working in agile environments and using CI/CD pipelines.
