Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models tailored for the 2026 era of computing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
- Define and mentor the technical strategy for our internal AI infrastructure and tooling.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into robust, user-centric features.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) advancements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
