Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into advanced neural architectures, focusing on scalability and efficiency for 2026 computing environments.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools for low-latency inference on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and aligned with global regulatory standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize performance under tight constraints.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
