Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Design data pipelines for training and evaluation of proprietary datasets.
- Collaborate with security teams to mitigate adversarial attacks and ensure data privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Strong background in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience deploying LLMs and managing MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
