Responsibilities

- Quantum-Ready Algorithm Development: Collaborate with research teams to develop algorithms that are compatible with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- GenAI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core product lines, optimizing for performance and reducing latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the technical vision for AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for ethical AI, data privacy, and bias mitigation across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical solutions.
