Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure.
- Lead the design of Agentic Workflows that enable autonomous decision-making in complex systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into production-ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including Neural Symbolic AI and Multi-modal systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
