Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and bias mitigation in model training.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level models at scale.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning frameworks and Neural Network architectures.
