Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI frameworks and deep learning pipelines for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Define and execute the technical vision for long-term product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge models.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and security within the AI department.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural networks to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
