Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel Deep Learning algorithms (NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning).
- Optimize model performance for speed and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience designing and training Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
